HERE IS HOW THE AVERAGE PROCESS FOR KITCHEN REMODEL WORKS



Step ONE: ESTIMATE REQUEST

When you reach out to us for a quote on you kitchen renovation, whether it’s just a cabinet replacement or a complete kitchen make-over, it all starts with scheduling a free, in-home consultation.



Step TWO: MEETING

Upon meeting, we will listen carefully as you describe the vision of the remodeled space, and/or present our suggestions. We will take pictures, measurements and notes so that we can provide you with an accurate quote. Any questions you might have for us, we will answer them to the best of our knowledge.

This meeting will also give us a chance to make sure that your project is one we can handle, and one that fits our qualifications.

Based on your interest, we will present samples of new cabinetry or invite you to our showroom which we share with our partner company – Chicago Cabinets And Beyond – to make a selection.



Step THREE: DESIGN & QUOTE

If your kitchen remodel requires changes to the existing floor plan, we will create FREE 3-D renderings which will help you visualize your redesigned kitchen. If you request changes to our newly proposed kitchen plan, we will make any necessary adjustments until you are fully satisfied with it.

We will then provide the cost proposal.



Step FOUR: CONTRACT

Once you approve our quote, we will arrange for another meeting to present all the paperwork needed to move forward.

During this meeting, we ensure you familiarize yourself with everything involved in the upcoming project and with what to expect while work is being done.

We will once again go over all job details to make sure nothing is overlooked.

If you wish to provide some of the job supplies on your own (such as plumbing or electric fixtures, tile, flooring etc.), we will help you with measurements and quantities.



Step FIVE: CABINET ORDER

After contract signing, we will place orders for cabinetry and other materials.

Due to recent supply demand, labor and material shortages, it may take up to 5 months to receive the whole cabinet order depending on the manufacturer. However, we also have access to so called “Quick-Ship” cabinets that will take weeks, and not months to get.



Step SIX: SCHEDULING THE WORK

Based on material and crew availability, we will notify you about the possible start date.

Currently, in regards to kitchen remodeling projects, our process from the first meeting to job commencing is approx. 2-4 months.
